TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By booking a strategy session or enrolling in the mentorship program provided by ICU Later Express LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. ADVISORY SERVICES ONLY
ICU Later Express LLC provides educational guidance, operational strategy, and mentorship within the hotshot trucking and freight logistics industry. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, or financial advisory. Our services do not constitute legal, tax, or financial advice.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Clients are solely responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, including but not limited to FMCSA, DOT, and IRS requirements. ICU Later Express LLC is not liable for any regulatory violations, fines, or legal issues arising from the client's business operations.
4. PAYMENTS & BOOKING
All strategy sessions and mentorship fees must be paid in full at the time of booking. Sessions are virtual unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Strategy Sessions: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled. Refunds are not provided for strategy sessions.
Mentorship Program: Enrollment fees for the Complete Hotshot Mentorship Program are non-refundable once the program materials or initial session has been accessed.
6. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Success in the trucking industry depends on individual effort, market conditions, and operational execution. ICU Later Express LLC does not guarantee specific financial outcomes, revenue levels, or business success.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials, strategies, and documents provided during consultation or mentorship are the intellectual property of ICU Later Express LLC. You may not distribute, resell, or publicly share these materials without express written consent.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY
ICU Later Express LLC respects your business privacy. We will not share your proprietary business information with third parties except as required by law. Likewise, you agree to keep the specifics of our strategic sessions and mentorship materials confidential.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ICU Later Express LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our educational materials or advisory services.
10. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ICU Later Express LLC from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your business decisions or your breach of these Terms and Conditions.
11. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICES
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of service.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ICU Later Express LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
